2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of DCX DOO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Payment is not permitted without explicitly accepting these terms (checkbox).
3. Services Provided
Web hosting, domain registration, backup services, and other IT-related services provided by DCX DOO.
4. Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD).
Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only, using for example
the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through
conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, and which we cannot know
at the time of the transaction.
As a result of this conversion, a slight difference from the original price listed on our website
may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted through a public
network in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced
cryptographic technologies.
The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor
ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on ChipCard’s secure
pages.
At no point are the payment card details available to our system.
6. User Obligations
Users must not:
- engage in illegal activities
- distribute malware or spam
- violate intellectual property rights
- overload servers or attempt unauthorized access
- perform any form of hacking or abuse
Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and maintaining their own backups unless otherwise agreed.
7. Payment
Services are billed according to the current price list.
Failure to pay may lead to service suspension; after 30 days of non-payment we reserve the right to permanently remove all data.
Service cancellation must be submitted in writing, with a 30-day notice period.
7.1. Late Payment, Suspension and Data Deletion
- The service is automatically suspended 7 days after the due date if payment has not been received.
- Statutory default interest (late payment interest) accrues from the due date, at the official rate published by the National Bank of Serbia (NBS).
7.2. Reactivation
- Reactivation of a suspended service is charged 250 RSD (~2.13 EUR or 2.48 USD).
- All data associated with the service is permanently deleted after 90 days of non-payment, with no possibility of recovery.
8. Delivery / Restrictions / Activation
– Hosting services are activated automatically upon payment confirmation – Access credentials are sent to the email address provided during registration – Activation is performed instantly or within 24-48 hours. – Services are delivered electronically (email/user panel) – The card is first pre-authorized, and charged (post-authorized) after service activation.
9. Refund policy
The complaint and refund procedure will be clearly explained, including reasons and deadlines.
In case of returning goods or refunding a customer who has previously paid with one of the
payment cards, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return,
(DCX DOO) is obligated to perform the refund exclusively through VISA,
MasterCard and Maestro payment methods. The refund will be processed only to the same
payment card used for the original transaction.
10. Privacy and Marketing
We collect only the data necessary to provide and manage the service.
Users may opt out of marketing communication at any time.
Personal data is shared only where legally required or with certified payment processors.
11. Transaction Security
Payment card details are not processed or stored by DCX DOO.
All card data is entered exclusively on the secure ChipCard payment page (SSL/PKI, 3D Secure).
We do not have access to your card number, expiration date, or CVV code.
12. Prohibited Content and Services
It is strictly forbidden to provide, offer, or promote:
- radioactive, toxic, or explosive materials
- drugs, prescription medication, or illegal substances
- pornography
- protected wildlife species
- any products/services prohibited by law
13. Proof of Payment and Data Retention
The user receives confirmation of the transaction and details of the order after payment.
All payment records, delivery proofs, and system logs are stored for at least 3 years, in compliance with applicable legislation.
14. Limitation of Liability
We strive for maximum service availability.
DCX DOO is not responsible for data loss resulting from user negligence or force majeure events.
Technical support is available through the listed contact channels.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service.
Users will be notified via e-mail or through an announcement on our website.
16. Dispute Resolution
We seek to resolve all disputes amicably.
If court proceedings are required, the court of jurisdiction is the court located at the registered address of DCX DOO (Užice, Serbia).
